New York Online Classes
New York does not accept certificates from online courses as meeting the conditions of Drinking Driver programs. If you are non-resident of the state and received a DWI or DWAI in New York, you must get approval for out of state DUI classes from the court or agency that requires the class. If you have approval for an online DUI/DWI, alcohol or drug class from the proper New York authorities, please click on the hours needed below.
