Why do I need an evaluation?
Most states require persons arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI) to undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation before driving privileges can be granted by the Court.
What does the evaluation consist of?
The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of the motorist's alcohol and/or drug use and risk to current or future public safety. The following are required for an evaluation: Review of Driving history, chemical test results (BAC), and Objective Tests for Alcohol and Drug use.
How do I join a Zoom meeting for the final in-person evaluation?
Click here to watch a video on Joining a Zoom Meeting.
The focus of the interview is past and current alcohol and drug use, as it relates to your driving history. Responses are checked against the driving record, the Objective Test score, the results of chemical testing, and other sources.
