The State of Utah does not currently accept any online classes for DUI residents or non-residents of Utah. If you received a Minor in Possession or drug charge in the State of Utah but live out of state you may be able to take an online class to meet court requirements. Get approval from court or agency before enrolling. If you have approval for an online DUI/DWI, alcohol or drug class from the proper Utah authorities, please click on a category below.
