Connecticut will not consider/approve the use of online courses for either their first-offender driving under the influence ( DUI ), or operating under the influence ( OUI ) program or first offender drug possession education program. There may be other alternatives for out of state residents. Contact the court or agency requiring a class to get approval before enrolling in any online class.
