Drinking Driver Program for California DUI

The California DMV does not accept these online classes for reinstatement of your license.

These programs have been approved to meet court requirements for persons who receive a DUI in the state of California but live in of another state or country. You must obtain court approval before enrolling.

California DMV will not accept these classes even though you have court approval.

SB 1176 Program / 12 Hour California DUI Class / Wet Reckless Course

AB 541 Program / 32 Hour, 3 Month California DUI Course

AB 762 Program / 45 Hour, 6 Month California DUI Course

AB 1353 Program / 60 Hour, 9 Month California DUI Course

SB 38 Program / 78 Hour, 18 Month California DUI Course

These classes meet California requirements for persons who received a DUI in California and reside in another state. DUI offenders must be complete California’s DUI class requirements in order to have their license reinstated in their home state. Please get court approval before enrolling.

NOT APPROVED FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS or for anyone with a VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVER’S LICENSE. These courses are for out of state residents to meet court requirements only and are not accepted by the California DMV.

OPTIONAL: If you are required to attend a victims panel, these classes include a FREE 60 minute Victims Impact Panel session. You will receive an additional certificate of completion for the Victims Impact Panel.

32 Hour Deferred Entry of Judgment Drug Diversion / PC 1000

36 Hour Deferred Entry of Judgment Drug Diversion / PC 1000

Alcohol and Drug Classes for employment purposes or alcohol/drug-related offenses such as minor in possession of alcohol, minor consumption of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance or possession of drug paraphernalia, or Deferred Entry of Judgment ( DEJ ) Drug Diversion.
