Alabama Online Classes
Alabama law does not recognize or authorize online classes as a method for Alabama defendants to complete their legally mandated classes for alcohol and drug offenses. Please contact an Alabama Court Referral Officer for a list of approved providers. If you are non-resident of the state and received a DUI in Alabama, you must get approval for out of state DUI school from the court or agency that requires the class. If you have approval for an online class from the proper Alabama authorities, please click on number of hours needed below.
