12 Hour Online Anger Management Class
16 Hour Online Anger Management Class
32 Hour Online Anger Management Class

Class Goal for Anger Management: These classes teach participants specific skills to control anger and resolve conflicts with others. Participants learn the consequences of anger and aggression and how to recognize early warning signs and reduce risks for aggressive behavior. It also includes guidelines for regaining self control, de-escalating anger, using effective responses to criticism, constructive communication, steps to resolving conflicts and negotiating differences with others.

Class Goals for Anger Management / Cognitive Behavior Skills Training: These classes consist of topic areas that support pro-social interactions. Each component provides a step by step process to help participants address real life situations. Participants are encouraged to practice these steps in their own real life situations.These classes will satisfy court or legal requirements. Please get approval from the court or probation before enrolling.

This class is also a program to help adolescents and young adults acquire knowledge and skills for living a healthy lifestyle and is recommended for educational or personal reasons.
